We are committed to providing the very best care and we recognise that our residents require varying levels of support. We are able to tailor the care we provide to the individual needs of each and every one of our residents.

Specialist Nursing & Residential Care​

At Hythe View, our dedicated Complex Care Suite provides specialist nursing and residential care for people with a range of complex needs. This may include needs associated with mental health, dementia and other long-term conditions, as well as supporting people transitioning from hospital or other care settings.

Our experienced team is trained to support people whose needs may be complex and who may at times experience distress or require additional support. We focus on understanding the individual, recognising their needs and providing consistent, compassionate care that promotes safety, wellbeing and positive outcomes.

Every person is different. Our team takes the time to get to know each resident, their life experiences, preferences and what matters most to them. This enables us to provide truly person-centred support that respects individual choice, promotes independence and helps each resident enjoy the best possible quality of life.

Traditional Nursing and Residential Care​

As well as our services to support complex care needs, we provide support to those with General Nursing needs such as Catheter and Stoma care, Ongoing wound care, Medication Management, Personal care, Housekeeping, Laundry services, Private Chiropody, Private Dental care and Nutritional support including, Private Speech and Language Therapy.

Activities & Lifestyle​​ at Hythe View

We encourage individuals at Hythe View to fulfil their potential and lead active lives as part of the community.

We have a dedicated Activities Coordinator who ensures that individuals can participate in activities tailored to them daily, as part of a group or as an individual.

In addition to the daily programme, we have weekly events from external groups, e.g. singers.

Nutrition

At Hythe View we have fantastic chefs who have experience of catering for care home residents. Our aim is to provide delicious, nutritionally balanced meals for all our residents therefore, all our meals are freshly prepared with menus designed around the diets and personal preferences of our residents.
