Claire Sherwood

Home Manager

“Claire joined Integrum Care Group on 1st November 2022.

She has been a Home Manager for 6 years and has worked in Social Care for 15 years.

Her goal is to create an outstanding home with empowered staff, delivering person centred care. The aim is to ensure all residents enjoy a meaningful, safe, and relaxing experience in the home. Staff and residents’ well-being is an absolute priority.

Claire champions safe, effective, well led, caring and responsive care in line with Care Quality Commission regulations and standards.”

“I started work for Integrum at Saltwood Care Centre in 2019 and then transferred to Hythe View in May 2022 as Deputy Manager.

I was a Veteran of the armed forces, WRNS (women’s Royal Naval Service), and proud of it, worked in the NHS for 26 years specialising in Neurology.

I have loved my time working for both homes and the company, I will however be retiring in August 2024!

I hope to spend more time visiting my daughter and her family in Australia and also with my grandchildren and great-grandson here.”

Sharon Youngman

Deputy Manager

Daniel Harrison

Resident Experience Support Manager

“My name is Dan and I am the Home Administrator at Hythe View, I joined the company in April 2022 after a decade in the travel industry including stints as cabin crew and a Commercial Manager for a tour operator. I had the opportunity to travel extensively but these days, I’m much happier with my feet on my ground as I’m dad to two boys and a dog!

When I was a child, my grandma would often take me to the care home where she worked. When I as a teenager my Mum went to University and trained to become a Nurse. During the COVID-19 Pandemic I worked as a carer and realised how hard but rewarding care work is. I’m so happy to be a part of the team here at Hythe View.”

“Paul has worked in the catering industry for 35 years and is the chef at Hythe View.

Paul enjoys water sports and music. He is also a keen collector of vinyl records.”

Fairly new to the role but brings a wealth of experience having worked as an activities coordinator in several homes prior to joining Hythe View.
