We are delighted to share that Karen, Deputy Manager at Hythe View, and Claire Sherwood, Registered Manager at Hythe View, have both been named finalists at The Social Care Leadership Awards 2026.

Karen has been recognised as a finalist in the Dementia Care Leader category, while Claire has been named a finalist in the Quality Assurance Leader category.

The Social Care Leadership Awards recognise and celebrate outstanding leadership across the social care sector, highlighting individuals whose dedication, expertise and commitment make a meaningful difference to the people they support.

Karen’s recognition reflects her dedication to delivering compassionate, person-centred dementia care, as well as the important leadership role she plays in supporting residents, their families and the wider Hythe View team.

Claire’s recognition reflects her commitment to maintaining high standards of care, supporting continuous improvement and ensuring quality remains at the heart of life at Hythe View.
